htaccess IIS redirection

Hi, I have been looking into this but I do not really find anything as I do not know how to search it really.
I have a free host and decided to point my domain to that host.
I use it as parked domain.
I have travelromance.tk parked to travelromance.x10.mx

my permalinks are like travelromance.x10.mx/name-something-somenthing/
when clicking on one of the categories or posts, the url changes to the above.
I would like to have links like travelromance.tk/name-something-somenthing/
I have been told it should be either done using using Apache, I need htaccess to redirect.
if its IIS, use webconfig.

Which is the one that the host uses? could you point me where to find how to do it link in the forum or FAQ/help?

I think i figure out, that i could do a redireccion through cpanel.
but now i cannot sign in to my word press account!
is this a matter of time or i just made a big mistake?

You wouldn't want to use htaccess\redirects for this, parking the domain was the correct thing to do.
