html code problem

i was setting up a linked mouseover menu in a custom menu in the admin of my e107 website http://camacho.x10.mx, and every time i tried to save it would not, i test it by jsut removing everything and jsut entering text it saved that no problem tried the html code again and it would not. I checked the settings to verify i had permissions to post html which i was. This was the code

i've tried posting it in pages or forum posts, news aricle posts and will not save keep gettign

Access to this resource on the server is denied!

I've verified that the site installed by the cpanel scripts e107 is in fine working order and up to date. Double checked the plugins as well. I wondered if the x10 server had a block on certain html codes but the html page displayed it just fine. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how i can remedy this? I was able to use other clodes jsut find liek this flash code
