well im having a problem, im trying to code something and this keeps happening:

You have two <center> tags but only 1 </center> tag...

that didnt really help very much, im trying to fix the between the bottom of the box and the middle, and the gap between the buttons and the middle, and also i want to make the text in the box not centered...

This probably won't work, and I didn't read much of your code but it's worth a shot. All I did was move the hr tag.
