Html Editor not working for me

The HTML editor in the FTP does not seem to be working for me. I've tried it in both Safari and Internet Explorer 5.2, but neither seems to work, all I see is this (I replaced the code there with my own code, of course). Is it because my IE, although above the stated requirements, is not compatible, or do I have to do something to make the Html Editor work?

Try http://01ftp.com. It's a web-based FTP client that lets you edit the files on the client. It's got some neat features too.

I recommend you CuteFTP, it's paid, but it's a great FTP program....
If you don't have an FTP program, you can use the "File Manager" from cPanel to edit. But it's not really useful to upload files.

A friend of mine, who is a professional scripter, recommended a great program which is completely free for FTP access. I'll ask him when I get a chance and let you know the name of it if you want.

Also, if you've Firefox, you can find many plugins that works as FTP programs.
