If you are on a completed server, try these steps:

Go to cPanel --> phpMyAdmin --> Export to backup the database.

Go to mySQL Databases in cPanel.

Drop the user from the database but do not delete the user.

Reassign the user to the database giving all permissions.

This update was yesterday, and I checked x10 network movin status today and said that every thing is ok now !!!!

The network moving status is separate from the SQL Update. Try the steps I posted above since your site is on Lotus and Corey mentioned Lotus is complete.

If the above steps do not work, please try to use phpMyAdmin via the cPanel.

It seems like the move of mySQL servers had a problem with Lotus. You are not alone.
