Http down every few minutes

I run a forum and the http is down every few minutes and people tend to leave if it messes up all the time. any way this can be fixed or prevented?

yeh the free cossack server has been very good this last 2 weeks, so i can cope with one night down

Well it seems everything is fine but i now have an internal serve error...is that because of the maintenance going on?

Yes. Corey had to recompile apache and is either not done or did something wrong.
