HTTP Down Most of the Time

I have been trying to work on my site lately and I kept receiving response timeouts.
I have checked the hosting account info page and Apache HTTP is red for many minutes (around 30mins) most of the time for the last two days.

Hosting Type:Ad-Free

Advertisements:None Required
Account: Unsuspended

It's happened to many of us users of the free servers, as far as I understood things it is related to the fact they are working on adding a new server, during this server load can spike and cause http to go down

I'm sure an admin will correct me if I understood things wrong

I'm a little confused where you get your times from. I've been on this whole time and it was down for a maximum of 10 minutes. I can also tell you if it was down that much you'd see about 500 more posts saying it.
