Http Down

Http on cossacks is down again. Why does the http go down so much it goes down at least 10 times a day? My users keep asking why the website is going down so much.

it was more about asking why it goes down so much rather then an alert.

All the services are up and running. Sometimes the servers jam up due to overload.
