HTTP error 404 when attempting to use File Manager.

When I attempt to use the file manager in the control panel, it gives me the message in the image below. When I attempt to use FTP, it tells me that it can not access the directory. I've seen other threads of site owners that are having the same issue. I've had this issue since yesterday, when I created the site. Is there a fix or work around for this issue?

The URL for my site is outcomes.pcriot.com , but there is nothing there yet, because I can't update or access my file manager.

Switching to the x3 theme fixes this issue.

Still can't use FTP to upload files to my domain. Any reason this isn't working?

Hi mystfel2,

I apologize for the issues you have been having on our new free hosting server. It appears xo6's FTP connections were being interfered with by our system firewall, creating timeouts. This should now be resolved, and the issue with the file manager on our Basic theme will be looked at later today.

I ran into these same issues yesterday and today... the posted solution worked for file manager. FTP still wont list directories
