I am not complaining about the downtime, I get my site hosted for free so downtime is really not a concern. Does x10 still offer a free ad-enhanced hosting plan? If I were to change plans to ad-enhanced, how would that affect my page. Do I get to choose where to place the ads within your regulations or is my site placed within a frame under a server-generated frameset with an ad at the top? Would this place me on a different server, with greater up-time perhaps?
I do want my site to be up more often than it is, but I don't expect something for nothing... How about paid plans? I would expect you to be much more attentive to paying customer's needs for uptime and reliability, do the servers for your paid plans really have better uptime? If I were to upgrade to another server, does X10 handle the file transfer or would I be responsible?
