It should be in the same server as x10hosting.com as it is a subdoamin. Is there any way I can contact the support as I am not able to login to the Kayako helpdesk as it says I dont have permission or so....

and tell me is it opening or not

Just as a heads up, your site is on the Lotus server. No one touches the server that the main website is on except for the main site and I also believe the staff as well. That's the one server you don't want to load down and break.
