HTTP500 Internal server error

Hi,
Can anyone help please. I have been using this published website for sometime now and now when I click on the "edit with site builder" link on X10 Hosting basic I get a HTTP500 internal server error and a blank web page.

Any ideas,

Hi,
On checking my error log I find these rvsitebuilder files are missing and cannot be found, there has been no unusual activity and I am at a loss to understand wht this may of happened:
