Hi after logging in into my "Hosting Account Management" and pressing the "Login to cPanel" I am redirected to "https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/" and get this message "Login Attempt Failed!" even if I retry again with my usual user id and password the message never change, it is already more then 3 months that this is happening, I do believe that it is not a transitional problem and it will remain so until it is correctly addressed, I can still connect to my ftp with my external FTP software, and as Ialready mentioned before I can log in to my hosting account management... but there is no way to access the cPanel and the web mail for the same reason Login Attempt Failed! (message in red).
What is the problem and how can I solve it?
