Still troubleshooting on the fris is going on. check the status at http://status.x10hosting.com

Anyway, you can try to change the cpanel password in account panel and try the cpanel at http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082

The admins are working on Fris. I believe they are trying to solve this problem as part of the maintenance.

Incidentally I'm also getting a red certificate error in the header when accessing https://fris.x10hosting.com:2083/login/

Try using http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/
The SSL certificate for port 2083 might not be set up yet.

Have you tried changing/resetting your cPanel password at the Account Panel? http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php

If that doesn't work, I believe the admins are working to fix this problem as part of the maintenance on fris.
