Hi Officer:

Suddenly I could not login my hosting control pane to access my wp website, and I saved my user name and password on google chrome and somehow it suddenly no longer work, and it also there is no option to reset password and user. What should I do? please advise and thanks

Hi Mr. Burnsx: Appreciate very much replied back to me, and I did try use manually put in user name and password but it didnt work...Are there other options or when do you think X13 will be work again of their hosting control panel?

That would mean the password you supplied is incorrect. Please follow the change password instructions in the linked post.

There is no instruction how to change password for control panel...That was my main question...

When your service was created, a password of your choosing was specified with it. It may or may not be the same password you use to log into your account panel. In the event it is not the same, and you do not recall what you set the password to be, you can follow these steps to change it. If your current page does not look like the picture below, you may need to click the green button of your service name.

Click the change password button there, and enter a new password and confirm the password.
