Templates very in price. Custom templates can very from 500-4000 points. Customs are automatically exclusive unless other wise stated in agreement. All copyrights of Element Designs and/or Epic and/or Foreground Studios are to be left on the template.
If you would like a custom template built off a premade, you are not guaranteed exclusivity rights. If you want specific things incorporated into the site please specify. Coding is an addtional charge. Sorry I do not yet code for CMS based templates.

You get credits for posting; the more text you type into your post, the more credits you get! You get credits for referrals, and receiving donations too!

If you could keep the theme some what CS:S related that would be great. Will pay the extra for full rights to it. Just in case i need to edit it somewhere in the future to add some text.


As soon as you get it finished PM me a preview then i will send you the credits required to fulfill our agreement and once you receive the credits you then in turn send me the image.
