From one moment to another, I could not access my cpanel. I logged in, tried to download a file & for some reason this was not possible. I then tried to use an FTP client, but the log in failed! When I tried to log back in via cpanel, the log in failed & wont let me log in again.
my cpanel name is kontiki & site simba.x10hosting.com
If its not a general problem, could you please help reset the log in & send me a new functioning password?
