i always get "connection refused" to my website

I Always get "connection refused" to my website i dont know which feature in cpanel that will allow me to access my website. please help. thanks in advance ^^

okay thank you for the reply. and by the way how much is the .com domain? xD its shameful when you're creating your ptc site and using a subdomain name.

There are a number of reasonably priced options available for obtaining a .com . I personally use Namecheap . There are many others. Just do a Google search.
