It's been a week since I opted for a free account with you, and almost every day, my account is automatically suspended, apare because my site uses lots of CPU in servers.
It is a Joomla site, I find it rather simplistic (i am a newbie in web development).
I wanted to make a website for associations with newsletter that I send via a remote SMTP server.
But every time that more than 10 people connect to my site, whenever I send a newsletter or do I install the component sh404SEF, my account is blocked automatically.
I am a bit lost. I do not know how to do it is not reproduced.

Unfortunately, there's not really much we can do about this. Looking at this page may be helpful: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/HRU
Disable all unnecessary components. If that one is pushing it over the edge, then don't use it.
Alternatively, you could upgrade to Prime where the resource limits are doubled, or to premium where they are considerably higher.
