I am currently using a free hosting account and noticed that my disk space usage has reached approximately 465.3 MB out of the 512 MB limit.

I would like to know:

1. Which files or directories are using the most disk space?
2. Is there any tool available to analyze disk usage in DirectAdmin/File Manager?
3. Are backups, logs, cache files, or email data included in the disk usage calculation?
4. What is the best way to reduce storage usage without affecting my website?
5. Is it possible to request additional disk space or upgrade to a plan with higher limits?

I am not sure where the username you are providing is coming from.

However, checking your storage space we see seveal media and videos that may not relate to the site. The site using the most almost 80% of the usage is found : vmgpro.dpdns.org can you clarify its usage?
