The requirement to keep your account active is logging in every month but it seems I keep getting suspended every day and it keeps giving me the same message every time.
I am getting suspended for no reason every day

You need to log into the -forums-, not the account control panel or your cpanel. When you unsuspend it without logging in, on the next hunt for inactive accounts, it finds you because you last logged into the forums over 2 months ago.
