Hi, I set up a website and email a couple weeks ago. Website and email worked fine. I don't know if it had anything to do with the upgrades that were made to the servers late April, as I am having no problem with the website. But there are a couple other issues now with email and access to the forums.
First issue: Originally, got into the email account with no problem. Now when trying to log in, it seems to authenticate okay, but then logs me out before it gets to the 3 selections of email UI's (Horde, Roundcube, Squirrel). It says, "You have logged out". I have no problem getting into the email from cPanel using the "Access Webmail" link, just from the standard Webmail log in screen. The email account is info@kondoria.org
Second issue: If I click in cPanel "Visit Community", it sends me there in the logged out state. So I click Log-in and enter the same credentials as the cPanel. But it says I have no account. Maybe cPanel and Community accounts are completely separate? So I tried to create an account with the same credentials. It said there is already such an account. If there is already such an account, why did it not authorize me the first time? Or for that matter, why was I not already logged in when clicking "Visit Community" from cPanel? My way around that was to create a completely different account in the Community, the one I am writing this with here now. Please clarify the normal way to work with this.
Thanks for your help, Werner
