I am not able to install the database


I installed a "cms PHPBoost"

it is as if the bass was not given

I have a database and a user

Hello,

Just to check, are you adding your cPanel username with an underscore before both the database and user? For example:
User: cpanelusername_databaseusername
Database: cpanelusername_database
