i am not able to login in to c panel

i know my username n my password,,but still i am not able to login into my cpanel,,plz help ..

Try login via
https://x10hosting.com/control/ (Account Management Panel)

Click » View Details in the yellow box, you will be presented with
"Hosting Account Management".
Click "Login to cPanel".

There is one more thing,cud u plz help me,,when i am tryng to install anythng from softaculous,it is sayng - - -

The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator ---
