it says file system running out of space...I didnt put in much there...also i thought we have unlimited disk space available here...

This is a server issue, not one with your account. I have notified admins about the issue. It should be fixed shortly. For now you'll just have to wait unfortunately.
Also, the hosting is "unmetered" not "unlimited" just so you know.
