1st ... I doubt the Account Managers will just send off account details like that. They would probably need more details to protect themselves and well as you.

Both of those should explain probably why you haven't recieved any hosting details yet.

yes, starshine is right hosting accounts are on hold and are not able to be made at this time, when registration is turned back on there will be an announcement.
