i am on Intermediate PHP Configuration - but...

I registered an account and i went to my account management and it said 'Intermediate PHP Configuration - You currently have this version', but it shouldnt say that when you first make an account should it? Anyways, yeah i installed MyBB and it came up with that error - 'Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/******/public_html/forum/global.php(251) : eval()'d code on line 251' . Tried it on other forums and it still said it, help!
