hi there. i just found out that people on lotus are there because they are in a high risk country. i am in canada which is not a high risk country. please move me to another server that is appropriate for canada, so i don't have any limitations.

thanks

You signed up using an IP belonging to HanseNet Telekommunikation GmbH. That's not in Canada, as far as I know (and I know quite a bit about Canada). If you are in Canada and were using an offshore anonymizer, well, that's what you get for spoofing your location.

i was not spoofing my location, i was simply in germany when i signed up, not knowing anything about possible limitations. i would have waited and signed up from canada if i had known. so what should i do now? i do live in canada and i am operating from canada (as you might see when checking my ip)

edit:
i just saw you are in toronto, too. if you want ultimate proof you could meet me here :p

x10hosting doesn't move free hosting accounts from free server to free server upon request anyway. You'll need to request that your account be deleted so that you can sign up again when you get home in Canada.

Here is the form to fill out to request deletion:

cPanel username:

( ) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have made all necessary backups of my free hosting account and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted. The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.
