I am still on FRIS

My account panel says that manik.x10hosting.com account is still on fris.
I did a ping to find where the site actually is.

Then I tried to login to cpanel at https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/
Cpanel won't accept my username and password.
Login Attempt Failed!

This is the outcome.

Similarly ftp attempt is also not possible.

Till yesterday I was unable to post a message to this thread. Hope God will save my association with X10hosting. :frown:

Loosing months of emails is quite painful and loosing visitors when they are coming. In hosting we talk in terms of percentage of availability. Now see what is the score here.

Once the account panel is online you should be able to reset your password, it will also show your correct server.

If you're unable to resolve this in 24 hours from the account panel please re-open this thread or create a new one.
