I am trying to create wordpress.org account and transfer my wordpress.com to it. i copied the wordpress information and i downloaded wordpress and extracted the folder and put the files into the filemanager private_html folder and connected the sql and i checked the dns is ok and im still not getting wordpress when go to mywebsite only the websites company namecheap. i have been trying to figure this out for a couple days now i dont know what i am doing wrong or not doing at all. if anyone can help me out i would appreciate it very much .

x10 does not provide script support, including wordpress.
there might be someone who can help you if they encountered same issues.

with that said, while trying to access your link im seeing DNS issues
i see DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

im curious why you had a .xyz default domain when x10 hosting is usually like .mx
did you by chance delete the default domain name and add your .xyz domain ?
