i am suspended?

hello again. After the tragedy in my family (my mom dies in car accident), i back for i can built again my site. I cant login in cpanel at all, says worong username or dont exists, and in http://x10hosting.com/login i can login, but say me, "linking your account" but the acount in cpanel seems deleted or suspended it... i dont know what is wrong, or what happening... If im deleted without a warning, something, tell me for i can re-request again a account... i have the account in Ad Enabled servers (i think cossacks server)

my cpanel username was "dave" and my forum account is "DaveMurray-3-" ...

the problem is that: i dont know anything about if im suspend. I cant login anywhere else. Only in http://x10hosting.com/login i can, but show me again, the linking my account. But i have the account more days, and before, the account working without any problem... the problem is i cant know if my account is suspended or deleted, or anything else....

I'm sorry to hear about your mother. Your account was terminated for inactivity since it is a requirement to visit the forums at least once every two weeks to keep your account active.
