I am unable to access my control panel and website

I registered for free hosting one week ago. For the first two days I was able to access my control panel and succeeded in uploading my website. For the last four days, I am not able to access my contol panel. Whenever I try to access it, I get the following error message;

The connection has timed out


The server at lotus.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.

Or

The connection was reset while the page was downloading.

Now I cannot even view my website. I want to access my control panel so that I may update/improve my website.

Please help. I need this website to seek online donations to support OVCs in Africa.
