i am unable to log to my cpanel

hi friends,

can anyone help me solve my problem, i cant access my cpanel, i changed my domain name from http://bollyone.co.cc to http://musicmantra.co.cc, my domain name changed sucessfully but now i am unable to access my cpanel, also my website is not visible anymore.

i have just now registered my domain from co.cc, will i have to wait for 48 hrs.

my Account Configurations are following:

Account Username: roshan

Primary Domain: http://musicmantra.co.cc

cPanel URL: http://musicmantra.co.cc:2082

Hosting Type: Ad-Free

Advertisements: None Required

Disk-Space Allotment: 300 MB

Bandwidth Allotment: 10000 MB

Features: cPanel 11+, MySQL, PHP 5+, CGI, FTP

PHP Version: PHP 5.2.5 - Intermediate Ver

Server name: Absolute.x10


is this happening due to DNS OFFLINE

Your cpanel is loading for me (although I cant login) your site is loading - so you should be fine.

how is it possible man it is not loading for me and loading for you, i am trying it from 3 hrs.

please help me, now i am sitting on a 100mbps connection all other sites are working fine but not mine.

only i can see is SERVER CANNOT FOUND MESSAGE

admin please check my account and help me.....

Try flushing your dns cache and clearing your browsers cache

now i have changed the domain again from http://musicmantra.co.cc to http://musicmantra.x10hosting.com, now i can access my site. but now i cant login to my cpanel also FTP is also not working please help me...

Try flushing your dns cache again.

If that does not fix the problem, then try loading cPanel through http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082/

i flushed my account but nothing happening.

i still cant login to my cpanel.

when i try loging in i get following msg:

Login Attempt Failed

but i am unable to login through my cpanel link

also FTP login not working...... i use CuteFTP

Open the command prompt and type ping musicmantra.x10hosting.com and tell me what comes back.

Now i am able to login to my cpanel and also with ftp .....

Can i now change the Domain again back to http://musicmantra.co.cc? i am asking you this because all this problem started when i changed my domain from http://bollyone.co.cc to http://musicmantra.co.cc...

Change it back, flush your dns cache, restart your browser, and see what happens.

OK everything is working fine now, i changed it back and its working fine....

but now i am getting this message, when i went to the E-mail A/C:


Fatal! Write Failure: /etc/valiases/mobi.musicmantra.co.cc. Ignore any messages of success this can only result in failure!


what this means please help me once again......

The first time I see this error. I've checked and it's not a permissions error.
Try deleting and re-creating the email account.

i solved that problem myself..... everything is working fine new domain working fine, cpanel loging me in, ftp working fine, e-mail problem has been solved... i just deleted the old e-mail ids and old subdomains and my problem is solved thanks for your help man......
