I am unable to login to ftp or cPanel.

I hope i'm not just being dumb, but I think I've done everything correct.

With FTP it estabishes a connection, but then says:
"530 Login authentication failed"
"Could not connect to server"

With cPanel:
"Login Attempt Failed!"

I believe I am logging in with correct Caps.
Account Name: SimdudeS
Account Site: scwru.x10hosting.com

Thanks alot for the help ScottD.

For anyone else having this problem, it was just me being dumb.
My Username was recorded in all lowercase letters.

I tried loggin in with : simdudes
and it worked.
