I can access CPanel but 500 error on my website

Hi. I have a free hosting account and I pay for a domain name, pensforum.com. I am running phpBB. I can access CPanel and all my files but last night I started having problems, First phpBB told me there was a server error. Then, pages were loading very slowly, like 5 minutes to load one page. As of this morining, when I try to access any PHP page I am getting either a 500 internal server error or a MYSQL error. Can someone please help me fix this? Thank you.
