I can login to cpanel

I just register to your web hosting but I try to login to cpanel it's shown Login Attempt Failed!. I don't know why because I use the username and password which I register with you and send me to my email. Please tell me something wrong.

You have to wait some time untill your account information is proceded, sometimes can take about 12 hours. The server has to sync. Wait up a lil bit.

i have had the same problem but i have had my account 16 hours and i ahve tried password reset and everything and it still comes up with that message

yeh i accepted it and i can log on i just cant access my cPanel

Well, as for now, the servers are down, so if you still can't login, thats probably the problem... If you have any issues when the servers are online, let us know.
