I can no longer use frontpage

I am trying to upload my site, grannycs.x10hosting.com, using frontpage but can not. This appears to be an issue after all of your servers got migrated. Is frontpage supposed to be still working?

Do you still have the _vti_inf.html file in your public_html directory? This contains configuration info.
