I can not access my cPanel

I am using your free plan hosting, and my account is created already under the name: freegiga.
I can access to forum and account panel, but failed to cPanel.

I updated my current password already following what you just instructed me to do; and this is what I've got in the Open Action:

Hosting Password Update submitted August 12 at 6:11 am 9kN33R9aaE6x action status Finished
information Update to your hosting account password.
result This action completed successfully.

But I still can not access to:
https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083

Please help me.
