I can not access to my cpanel

My website had been lost for more than a week, now it is back but I still can not acces to either cpanel or webmail. It is located on stoli server. Please help.

You can reset your cPanel password via the account panel at https://x10hosting.com/control

If this does not work please re-open this thread or create a new one.
