Hello!, I am from Uruguay and I want to strar my website with X10Hosting, but I had severals problems, because my county was banned or I do not know.

The list essellar linked to contains three sections: Whitelist, blacklist, and high-risk. There is no High-Risk list at this time, however if your country isn't listed under the Whitelist (which it isn't), then the text under Blacklist comes into play, "Any country not listed in High Risk or Whitelist."

Unfortunately this means at this time we're not able to provide service to Uruguay. The best advice has already been given, which is to check back periodically to see if the restrictions have been lifted, as we cannot bypass the restrictions at this time.
