Administration, I do not know how to enter the Cpanel

When it asks me to enter data , I write e-mail and password to enter the account can not log in

What is the solution to this problem???

The account you are logging into doesn't have a hosting account, so there is no cPanel to log into. Are you sure you are logging in with the correct email address? If so, just follow the links there to create your hosting account.
