I can not enter to my site

During last few days I can not enter to my site (www.radenko.tk). Today message is:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, support@x10hosting.com....................


Also one month before I sent message with informations that I can not read WEBMAIL (database error) and that can not start SITE REPTILE WEB BUILDER. Unfortunately situation is same still.

Please try to solve above problems.

Horde and Roundcube webmail applications are not currently working. Squirelmail is working. Staff is aware of this issue and the problem should be resolved soon. Site Reptile Web Builder should be working for you at this point. If not, post back and we will investigate farther.

Thanks for answer, but our site working without any problem last 3-4 weeks and yesterday stopped (500 Internal server error). Please try to solve it.

Ste reptile web builder can not work last two months.

There's been a few recent changes to the server configs (announced here: http://status.x10hosting.com/page/2), and although your server is not specifically mentioned it is possible that the config has been changed for that one as well.

The key changes:
Files with permissions set to 777 will cause an error.
If you use mod_rewrite you'll need to add "Rewrite_root /" to your .htaccess file, before any mod_rewrite rules

I know that Website Builder is working on Absolut now. I will check and see if there are issues with other servers.

I will check and if there are files with 777 permission, what I should do (which number of permission to set) ?

I didn't set any mod_rewrite in advance. How/where to add "Rewrite_root " to our .htaccess file ?
