I can not login into my cPanel and my websites are gone

Dear Sir

I can not login into my cPanel account. I tried at http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082/login/
Secondly my websites mbmnews.com and cureforasthma.info are gone. The browser displays a message - Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

Kindly help
