I can not login to the CPanel

Hi Guys,
Hope everything is good with you!!!!
I can not login to the CPanel to make any changes that I need to make.
Plus I can not even use the FTP to upload or download any files.
The error I receive is invalid login.
Can you please assist as soon as possible.

Problem Solved:
I just changed the password and it solved the problem.
