I can not mail using PHP mail()

I have a page in development to send an email using values from a form. It was working a few days ago but now I keep getting the message 'Warning: mail() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/rdownes/public_html/motherearthdev/resources/mailinglistemailprogram.php on line 29'. Line 29 holds the mail() call with the email to address, subject, message body and the extra 'From: ' header with one of my website email addresses.

Any ideas?

php mail() function has been disabled due to server upgrades. see http://status.x10hosting.com

Admins will enable it after doing all upgrades on Servers. So please wait
