I taken a acoount your ties. and i need use Cpanel. your sites forwarding me to https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ but i can not open this site for setting.

Do you mean that you cannot get to the log in page at all?

If so, try http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082/login/

If you cannot reach that page either, but you can see your (empty) website from your browser, you are probably behind a firewall that is blocking the ports used to access cPanel. You either have to use a web proxy or find a way to access the URLs where you are not behind a firewall.

Or are you saying you get to the login page but your cPanel username and password are not accepted?

Thank you very much. i solution. my problem is about firewall. i added new port at fireall (2083) now i can open that sites.
