I can not open the site

hello, I can not open my website,
animeland.x10.mx
I created a file in the directory: / home / amarous / public_html
index.html
but links
http://animeland.x10.mx/index.html
and
http://animeland.x10.mx/
does not work!
What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

Please paste a copy of the htaccess file in your public_html directory into your next reply. If using cPanel file manager you'll need to enable the viewing of dotfiles to see it. Also, check your folders below public_html are not CHMOD 777. Generally, files should be 644 and folders 755.
