I can not start to host my free account

I could join the forum.
But I can not get to host my free account. Following are some error messages I get.
Whm error: unable to add user ajaydhar (code create_1)
An Error Has Occurred
No hosting account signup was found with the username that you specified. It is possible that the pending, unactivated signup was removed from the queue, so you may need to sign up again.
An Error Has Occurred
You already have a hosting account, use it.
Whm error: sorry that groupname (ajaydhar) is taken. check /etc/group (code create_1)

Have you tried taking a different username?

Edit:
I tried to give a different name in hosting. it gave the message "You already have a hosting account, use it" I gave the old name for forum account. I do not understand what the cpanel account name is. Is it explained anywhere?
