I want to put a new site for referred of hosting in Spanish (manual signup), already I have an account created with a domain.

My question is:

1. can create a new one with a subdomain to do this?

2. can put my publicity of adsense or not this allowed, in subdomain.x10hosting.com?

Yes you can place adsense ads on all your pages if you wish.

As far as creating another hosting account we do not allow more than one account per user on free servers. You can create a subdomain on your current website.
