I cannot access my account

I cannot access my account.
After I login and it said the login was successful, it show the error said that it cannot retrieve my data. Also, I cannot access my web through browser and cannot access to my Cpanel. It said the server was not found.
Could you help me please?

So, do you mean I cannot let anyone upload files to the space?

In case I have a website hosted and allowed my group to upload files, will that be alright?
Because we are working on project, we intend to have a web space that we can make announcement to our teammate and share project files among us.

You shouldn't unless the files directly relate to the content of your account.

A password protected one is acceptable though.
